THE International Broadcast & Multimedia Expo 2006 (IBEX 2006) takes place at the Bali International Convention Center in Nusa Dua from November 15-18, while an IBEX conference is being held concurrently from November 15-16, and the Asia Pacific Media Forum on November 17-18.

This broadcasting and media industry exhibition attracts various broadcasting elements and advertising executives, with Indonesia as host country having 10 national television companies, 70 local television companies, cable TV, satellite TV, and over 1,800 radio stations.

THE first International Spa Herbs & Natural Cosmentics Exhibition takes place at the Bali International Convention Center in Nusa Dua November 29 - December 2.

Programs during the exhibition include seminars and workshops, product demos and a spa tour.

GAYA FUSION presents a solo exhibition by Roberto Coda Zabetta. Twelve ceramic faces and five large-format drawings constitute a single work that lures spectators into its core, a single installation created specifically for the 500m2 of space at Gaya Fusion Art Space.

The gallery will also present a film by Ferdinando Vicentini Orgnani (DVD, 42 min.), documenting the work by Roberto Coda Zabetta on the Kintamani volcano, and the catalogue "Psychic Persona." The exhibition runs through November 7.

Four Cooks Won't Spoil Broth
KAYU MANIS has broken an old adage. The Chef Collaboration under Kayumanis continues its fourth culinary tour at the Gangsa in Sanur this November 21-22.

Four chefs each represent their own creations of full-flavors to treat diners to the flavors of the world, through four different cultures, including exotic Thai cuisine, the richness of Indonesian spices, the passion of Italian cooking, and the symphony of Balinese flavors.

Beyond Feathers...
GANESHA GALLERY'S third exhibit of works by multi-talented Dutch sculptor Carola Vooges is being held through December 1, presenting monumental free standing sculptures.

Through an array of visual mediums including wood (chosen for color and pattern), a fragment of wave polished shell or a miniature seed pod as well as light and shade, Vooges coerces interaction with her art. Using scale, texture and material, she subtly transforms them into zoological and anthropomorphic creations.
