Cosmetic Culture

Kendra Gallery presents an exhibition of art through Cosmetic Culture; Realism in Bali Today. Curated by Hardiman, the exhibition presents the works of artists Agung Darmayuda, Agus Cahaya, Alit Suaja, Cundrawan, I Nyoman Wijaya, I Wayan Hendra Kusuma, Polenk Rediasa, Tatang BSP, Wayan Pastika and Wayan Suja. Cosmetic Culture will be held through September 18 at the Kendra Gallery at Uma Sapna in Seminyak.

Epic Turns Alive...

Bali Safari & Marine Park presents a colossal drama involving animal actors among its troupe titled Hanuman the Hero, directed by I Made Sidia. The new play is based on a Hindu epic and is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6 p.m. through October 16.

Figure Out

Figure Out is to be held at the Bale Seni of Kamandalu Resort and Spa from September 17 through October 8. This painting exhibition showcases the unique paintings of I Made Suparta Wijaya, I Komang Agus Darma Putra, I Nyoman Suarnata and I Komang Suarsana. These four young Balinese painters graduated from ISI Denpasar and ISI Yogyakarta and have been participating in various exhibitions regularly.

The exhibition presents the artists' own styles and themes. Divulging the theme of Figure Out, this is the creative exploration of four young Balinese painters struggling to find the meaning of their lives and striving for their existence in Indonesia's contemporary art map.

Exquisite Jewelry

Meliá Bali Villas & Spa Resort presents the jewelry exhibition "Moja Jewellery" by designer Nicole Moja in the resort‘s Lobby Lounge.

A total of 120 pieces comprise the new collection that will be presented during the month-long exhibition. A portion of the sales proceeds will be donated to the Bali International Women’s Association Breast Cancer Charity to assist women in Bali with breast cancer. Moja never hesitates to assist women and is pleased to make this donation to support Bali and women with breast cancer, being a survivor herself.
