Nunia Boutique Villas, D’Djabu Boutique Villas and Hotel and Kei Villas are all located within proximity of the famous “Eat Street,” Jalan Oberoi and Petitenget beach. Villa Anisa, a three-bedroom private villa located in the upcoming Batu Belig neighborhood is also another favorite choice for many international travelers. The Jineng Villas, which recently joined the Premeir portfolio in March 2012, are located in between Jalan Raya Seminyak and Sunset Road. These boast a luxury villa estate consisting of 14 modern villas.

Then just outside of Seminyak are the Berawa Beach Residences consisting of 12-units, and the well-designed Villas Allu and Atma located in Echo Beach, Canggu. And finally, located in the Bali’s southern Bukit Peninsula are Villa Karang Selatan and the new Kei Villa Jimbaran.

Premier has also appointed a number of villa resort projects that are now under construction. These include 10 well appointed and luxurious Majestic Point Villas in Nusa Dua and the boutique resort Bali Nyanyi in Nyanyi Beach are both became a part of  Premier’s portfolio in 2011 Operating with the solid foundation of its corporate team created under Premier’s creator, Gunawan Rahardjo, the corporation has established several department divisions where ideas are freely expressed and wisely filtered amongst the team. This Singapore outing program was aimed at fostering team unity, boosting overall efficiency as well as providing a positive mindset to entire team.

Premier has also invested valuable knowledge in its staff with intensive Corporate Training and Development courses facilitated by the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS). This program posted a goal to ‘change’ both   individual’s and team’s mindset.
