Jump Into The Water

Over the years, a hotel’s pool is built as one of the facilities for guests to ensure a pleasant stay. But nowadays a hotel’s swimming pool is more than just a facility; it becomes a symbol of pride for each hotel. And if designed beautifully and combined with other facilities, it gives guests more excitement while dipping into the water.

Although Bali is surrounded by beautiful beaches, a swimming pool is the ultimate facility every hotel should have. Many hotels in Bali now provide swimming pools that are designed beautifully. Some of the pools are designed resembling the unique culture of the island that combines architectural elements, nature’s beauty, and interesting concepts. Not only offering a place to relax during the hot day, the pool also lets guests experience a truly tropical holiday.

Now let us take you along and view some of these amazing pools in Bali. Enjoy a morning dip, afternoon lounge, late night skinny dip or whenever you want.

FOUR SEASONS RESORT BALI AT SAYAN

Enchanting Bali offers hillsides lined with stepped rice paddies, soaring volcanoes, lush forests and beaches lapped by the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. In the sacred Ayung River Valley, the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan offers a private sanctuary that restores inner balance and serenity.

An exotic retreat of 18 spacious suites and 42 secluded villas, each with its own private plunge pool, the Resort offers eclectic dining at the valley’s edge, a pampering spa, a two-level pool within earshot of the murmuring river. Placed within the sound of the Ayung River, the large, two-level swimming pool is a cool and relaxing oasis designed to follow the river’s natural contours. It is surrounded by a wooden deck, furnished with comfortable chaise lounges, and offers breathtaking views of the river.

Other attributes ingeniously nestled into the environment include an organic, environmentally-friendly, paddy-field shaped swimming pool by the Ayung River on two levels, which also houses the Riverside Café and a meeting room, innovatively shaped using teak spars with an alang-alang roof and copper panels, producing a stimulating conference space with an open terrace break-out area below.

W RETREAT & SPA
The main pool is called WET, and was designed by Karl Princic of Intaran Design in Bali. As a top landscape architect and golf course designer, he gave the WET pool a unique design with the shape of rice fields, beautifully inspired by the tropical scenes of Indonesia. This outdoor pool spans over 1,790 square meters and overlooks the spectacular scenery of Seminyak Beach with some of the best views of the famous Bali sunset, from the comfort of a deckchair or while bobbing in the water.

You’ll naturally want to kick back in the lush poolside area in a lounge chair with a neck pillow, or chic double daybeds where hand or foot massages await. Go from splashing around in the 1.2 meter deep pool to ‘surf’ with complimentary high speed Internet. The Sweet Spot will allow you relaxing in comfy robes and slippers as you enjoy its hands-on deck service, from bringing you sun care amenities, fresh towels, snacks, cocktail, frozen treats, games to, yes, even help to clean your sunglasses. For the wee ones, a 0.6-meter splash pool beckons with an endless array of water toys and floaters for a maximum playing excitement.

The infinity-edge swimming pool stands on two levels perched over the spectacular rain forest and surrounded by stylish and comfortable sun beds for ultimate relaxation. In addition, all rooms and suites have their own individual horizon-edge pool, perfect for those who seek additional privacy. NIKKO BALI RESORT AND SPA
Discover serenity in this secluded white sand beach retreat with private cabanas and sun loungers. Not in a beachy mood? Spend your day in the four interconnected swimming pools that directly overlook the ocean. It boasts an impressive pool complex with shimmering turquoise water. As a Nikko Club guest, you may access the Nikko Club Lounge located on a special floor. This is a contemporary lounge and dining space that incorporates a stylish outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a timber deck with sun loungers and private cabanas.

You don’t have to worry that your children will go too far into deeper water if they’re playing at the beach. It’s so much easier to keep an eye on them in the children’s lagoon in the pool area. It has the same level of excitement as real beach sand. Moreover, the pool has a 30-meter water slide for them to have some
great fun.
